1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or subscription portals operated by Hexarise Systems Inc. ("Hexarise", "Company", "we"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Digital Services & Retainers

Hexarise provides digital marketing, brand building, performance ad management, search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) services on a project or monthly retainer basis as detailed on our Services & Pricing Page.

3. Account Registration & User Security

To purchase services or access the client portal, you must provide accurate, verifiable registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities conducted under your credentials.

4. Billing, Pricing & Payment Terms

All fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified during checkout. Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment partners (Razorpay / Stripe). Recurring monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on your monthly billing cycle date.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All final deliverables, campaign creatives, custom marketing strategies, and code developed specifically for your account become client property upon full payment settlement. Hexarise retains rights to proprietary growth frameworks and pre-existing core software.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hexarise Systems Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad platform policy changes, third-party network outages, or business performance variations beyond reasonable commercial control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
